United KingdomDid the 3D2N cruise with Aphrodite and were not let down in any department. The level of English by the staff was fantastic but also the ability to understand all of our different cultures and attitudes and still made everyone smile was out of this world! Kim and Victor I have to mention by name because of how professional and lovely they were!We were lucky enough to be on the cruise for New Year, so we enjoyed games and free drinks during the countdown. They had special decorations on the upper deck, which looked absolutely magical. We didn’t find a single problem with the food, all of which was delicious and specially catered for my boyfriend when they asked and discovered that he doesn’t like seafood. There was a substitute course for him every time that seafood featured, which came out at the same time as mine.Had a lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. There was a huge bathroom with a very comfortable shower. We had great fun on the day trips, which the staff made very interesting and fun with their knowledge and upbeat attitudes. Our journey in the minivan was very smooth, but my boyfriend is 6”6 so he struggled a bit to fit in. They made special arrangements at the front for him on the return journey.Overall, a phenomenal journey in Halong Bay which we really enjoyed. I highly recommend it to everyone, from couples to families. What a great way to begin our Vietnam holiday!

South KoreaI just had one night in Halong Bay but I cruised with Aphrodite Cruise and it was one of the best experience of my life :) I didn’t know which cruise to choose because there are lots, but I chose Aphrodite and it was the correct decision I think! The journey through Halong Bay was amazing, full of lots of things that I did not see before. All of the food was incredible but I enjoyed the Vietnamese food the most!I slept so well in the comfortable room but I wish I had two nights in there! The lovely staffs made the journey so special for me. Victor was very nice and very kind, and JayZ was always there to help. I really felt that they love their job and it is nice to see such a thing!Thank you to everyone for a great time. I highly recommend to experience the best in Halong bay.

AustraliaMe and my husband took the Aphrodite Cruise between 27/12/2017 and 29/12/2017. There’s a huge amount of choice for cruises in Halong Bay, but we are very glad we chose Aphrodite! We went kayaking for the first time ever and explored a cave with the help of Jack, one of the crew members who was so lovely and smiley the entire time. They all have naturally kind hearts and clearly have a care for guests’ experiences that stretches far beyond the influence of a mere paycheck. There was so much food and we didn’t have a single thing that we didn’t enjoy. There was western, Vietnamese, Asian and much more. We also have a special mention for Louis Nguyễn, the lovely driver who took us to and from Halong Bay. Me and my husband adored this cruise and will never forget the positive memories it created. Thank you so much, Aphrodite!

ChinaI joined the 2-day 1-night trip in Halong Bay with Aphrodite. It’s a little pricier, but the great Tripadvisor reviews convinced me to go with Aphrodite. Man, I was so glad I did. The boat is in great shape, the staff are so friendly and there was not a single problem with my cabin. We were welcomed with rose petals, a bottle of champagne and some fresh fruits. The meals blew me away, they completely changed what I thought it was possible to cook on a boat. The waitress asked if I needed any more food, to which I suggested it would be great if I could have a SMALL amount of roast beef. She came out shortly later with an entire platter of it for me. It says a lot about the company that this is how they view take care of their customers, and I was incredibly grateful to the crew and company at that point. The views from the boat were stunning but we found the cruise to be even more impressive! We become friends with the crew after a single day! Amazing experience and 5 star in every sense of the word!

CanadaThere was a bit of a cold snap during our time to Halong Bay, but it says a lot that it was still the highlight of 3 weeks of travelling through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam! The boat is exactly like a floating luxury hotel, with incredible decor, unreal food and flawless service. There were 36 people on our boat, all of whom were exceptionally managed by the cruise director and his team. They explained the itinerary in detail while we set sail. They took us to caves, around the mountains in kayaks and to a fishing village. The scenery is just perfect and the boat makes it easy to have it in your eyeline constantly. I regret not doing the 3 day trip but I am recommending exactly that to everyone, with Aphrodite Cruise.
