What You’ll Need:

  • Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months after your trip.
  • Photo: A recent color photo (4.8 cm x 3.8 cm) with a white background, no glasses, and a neutral expression.

  1. Go to the official E-Visa website: https://evisa.moip.gov.mm/.
  2. Complete the online application form.
  3. Upload your photo and passport details.
  4. Pay the USD 50.00 visa fee.

Processing Time:

It usually takes up to 3 working days (excluding public holidays). Be sure to apply early to avoid last-minute stress.

3. Important E-Visa Details to Remember

  • Single Entry Only: The E-Visa is valid for one-time entry into Myanmar, with a stay of up to 28 days.
  • Validity Period: Must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Approved Ports of Entry: Present your printed E-Visa at:
    • Yangon International Airport
    • Mandalay International Airport
    • Nay Pyi Taw International Airport

Note: E-Visas are not accepted at land border crossings or seaports.
