As part of our Sapa Tours, Incredible Asia Journeys is proud to introduce our Short Sapa Tour & North Vietnam, starting and ending from Lao Cai Train Station. We focus on bringing you the untouched areas of Sapa through our visits to stunning Giang Ta Chai, Suoi Ho and Ma Tra, along with other more established destinations like Lao Chai, Ta Van and Ta Phin.

The Sapa Tour for 2 days 1 night is one of the best of Vietnam Group Tours and this 2-day tour focuses on trekking through the beautiful steeped rice paddies of the region. We chat with locals of different tribes to get a better understanding of their happy lives in the vast tea plantations, fields and gardens of this lush province.

Itinerary

Activities: Taking in the views of Muong Hoa, meeting various smiling hill tribes, eating a local lunch, relaxing by a waterfall and speaking to members of the Black H’mong.

Your Sapa Tour for 2 days and 1 night starts at Lao Cai Train Station, where we will pick you up and transfer you uphill to Sapa Town.

After breakfast, we will drive to Lao Chai village down a mountain road where stunning views of the Muong Hoa valley flanked by mountains with rice terrace fields will greet you in all their splendour. A variety of ethnic groups like the H’mong, Zay, and Red Dao will meet us along the road; we will stop to talk and stock up on the local tea, fruits and sweets that they sell in their stalls.

We see the daily life of the Black H’mong villagers at Lao Chai Village, where we will begin our trekking. We walk to the home of the Zay hill tribe, Ta Van village, where a delicious will be waiting for you in a local wooden house.

After lunch, we head through a bamboo forest to a cascading waterfall where we will spend time relaxing in the water and in the pure serenity of the area.

Giang Ta Chai is our next destination, home of the colorful Red Dao hill tribe, where you will be greeted by the smiles of people who have a special connection with nature. After relaxing here for a while, our shuttle bus will pick you up for the return journey to Sapa Town, where you will spend the night.

Activities: Walking around the tea fields, following the buffalo trails, enjoying a scenic picnic and browsing local handicrafts at Ta Phin Village.

After breakfast in Sapa Town, we begin trekking to the vast tea fields and cardamom gardens around Suoi Ho Village. We continue down the buffalo trails to visit the homes of the Black H’mong at Ma Tra Village.

We will have a picnic lunch with a view of Ma Tra’s rich, iconic mountain scenery, after which we head to the Red Dao handicraft shops in Ta Phin Village.

After returning to Sapa Town, our shuttle bus will take you back to Lao Cai Train Station for your return trip to Hanoi.
