Hanoi to Sapa & Halong Bay 1 Week

Meet our driver at the airport for the transfer to the hotel in Hanoi.

Check in hotel and stay overnight there. 

06:30: Board the Hanoi Limousine Bus and enjoy a comfortable journey to Sapa.

14:00: Arrive in Sapa and check in to your hotel.

- Meet your local guide, then head to a local restaurant for lunch before starting your trek.

Trek to Cat Cat Village

- Explore Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic group, nestled in a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak.

- Learn about the village’s rich cultural heritage, where age-old traditions of brocade weaving, silver crafting, and bronze smithing continue to this day.

- Watch H’mong women weaving on looms, dyeing fabrics with natural plant-based colors.

- Trek down to the valley bottom to admire the Tien Sa Waterfall and the French-built hydropower station from 1920.

- Stop for photos at the bridge and waterfall, then follow Cat Cat Stream back uphill before trekking to your hotel.

Meals & Accommodation

You will be picked up from Sa Pa to visit Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains. It normally takes people one or two days to reach the peak of Fansipan mountain on foot. However, you will take the three- rope cable car system which carry you from te bottom to the highest point of the mountain in 15-20 minutes. Fansipan cable car is kind of a modern three-wire cable in the world, the first-time presence in Asia. Distance from the Muong Hoa Valley to the peak is 6,2km long, a total of 35 cabins, passing 6 main pillars, each pillar is away from each other 1 km.

From there, you can enjoy the scenery and magnificent views to Sapa and can admire views of Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien National Forest from above also beautiful landscape of Lai Chau province. Then, you will be transferred back to Sapa.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Free time in the morning, you can go around and buy souvenirs.

The room is at your disposal until 12:00 noon time. Check out and have lunch on your own.

14:00: Sapa Limousine Eco Bus will pick you up at hotel and then return to Hanoi.

20:30: Arrive at Hanoi. 

Lunch & dinner on your own.

Overnight in Hanoi.

8:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel and depart for Ninh Binh (2-hour drive) with scenic countryside views along the way. 

Arrive in Ninh Binh City and visit Hoa Lu, the ancient Royal Capital of Vietnam. 

Explore the Temple of King Dinh and King Le, showcasing unique ancient architecture. 

Board a small sampan for a 1.5-hour boat trip through Tam Coc (“three caves”), featuring: 

- Majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves.

- Serene streams, rice paddies, and lush green fields—perfect for photography lovers.

If time permits, visit Bich Dong Pagoda and hike up the mountain for a panoramic view of Tam Coc. 

Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

08:15 – 08:45 | Pick-up: Shared Limousine Bus picks up guests from hotels in Hanoi.

11:45 – 12:00 | Arrival: Welcome to V’Spirit Cruises Lounge at Tuan Chau International Harbor and complete check-in procedures.

12:00 – 12:30 | Embarkation:

Transfer to V’Spirit Cruises by tender boat.

Enjoy a welcome drink while listening to the cruise briefing and safety instructions.

13:00 | Lunch:

Paddle through the Tra Bau area, getting close to the limestone islands.

If weather permits, kayak past a hidden temple used by local fishing villagers.

16:15 | Swimming & Water Activities:

Dive into the emerald waters of Lan Ha Bay.

Relax with floating devices and enjoy the serene surroundings.

17:00 | Cooking Demonstration:

Learn the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine and prepare your own dish.

07:30 – 08:45 | Bright Cave Exploration

Hop on a traditional bamboo boat, rowed by locals, to explore the Bright Cave, a hidden gem of Lan Ha Bay.

Marvel at the peaceful lagoon, limestone formations, and lush greenery.

09:00 | Return & Check-Out

Head back to the cruise, pack up your belongings, and complete the check-out process.

09:30 | Luxury Brunch on Board

Savor a delicious set-menu brunch at the restaurant while the cruise makes its way back to Tuan Chau Port.

11:00 | Disembark at Tuan Chau Port

Bid farewell to Halong Bay and transfer back to Hanoi.

15:00 | Arrive in Hanoi

Drop-off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. The rest of the day is yours to explore the city at your leisure.

Have breakfast at hotel. You are free to explore Hanoi in your own way. You can choose some lovely souvenirs for your friends and family or stroll around and capture photos to catch the last moments here before you are transferred to the airport for your flight home. The room is at your disposal until 12.00 noon.
