Mr Man was our guide for this fantastic tour of Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. The scenery was some of the best I’ve seen in the country, not only on the boat tour and the cycling tour, but also on the road on the way there. Vietnam is truly a beautiful place! Mr Man was a really good tour guide, he had the perfect balance of useful information and jokes. He made us laugh but also explained the history the places that we went with a good knowledge. My absolute favourite trip in Vietnam so far, it was nothing short of perfect!

We got back yesterday from a trip to Ninh Binh with Incredible Asia Journeys and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. The scenery was so amazing, even on the way to Tam Coc and Hoa Lu from Hanoi, but the best was along the river where we did the boat trip. The meal was delicious and we got very lucky with the weather! Man was our tour guide for this trip and he did an absolutely amazing job. Incredibly friendly and helpful for the whole trip. He gave us a great rundown of the history around Hoa Lu citadel. He was friendly and informative for the whole time and he has such a great sense of humour. I highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely awesome tour and quite possibly my favourite in the whole country. The price is very good but I know that it changes depending on from where you are booking. Peter knew a lot about the places that we went to and you could really tell that he was enjoying telling us in the information. His English was basically perfect and he really took the time to tell us all about the day and make sure we know what was happening at every step of the day.The boat trip was definitely my favourite part. It was so peaceful on the water and we saw a lot of cool stuff along the way. Food was great and the bike tour showed us some of the best views I’ve seen around Vietnam (except maybe Sapa!)I would totally recommend this tour for anyone coming to Vietnam!

United KingdomWe just had an awesome daytrip from Hanoi to Tam Coc and Hoa Lu. The temple where the kings used to live was great and our guide explained everything about the history if the place. For me, the highlight was definitely the boat ride down the water, which is a little bit long but also very interesting when you consider the power that the local old ladies re using when they row with their legs!. Food was very good both in terms of quantity and quality, and I left full and satisfied back to Hanoi.Jimmy was a great tour guide throughout the whole trip, very informative and helpful, and he put more than a couple of smiles on the faces of the passengers. Great job!

My whole family with my two very excitable kids loved this trip. The king temple visit was very serene and peaceful. The boat ride was great, we floating next to the huge mountains on the sides of the river and through the caves as well. My children wanted me to take lots of photos of the ladies rowing their boats with their feet, they never see anything like this! We really loved riding bike, which was the favourite activity of my kids. We rode by the rice fields and near to a pagoda and we had a nice lunch in a restaurant. I will certainly recommend this tour to everyone.
