We will not pick you up from Halong City because it will take time for us to go there and we need to ensure the departure time. So please take the transfer from Halong City to the public Tuan Chau Harbour. There will be no private waiting area there so we will send you our guide's contact then you can meet him easily. Please make sure that you will have a contact number in Vietnam so we can call you easily. In case, you can not find us or do not have a contact number please ask the staffs at the harbour for a call to our guide, your travel consultant or our office so we can pick up better. That will be not difficult to ask for a free call from some staffs, officers working at Tuan Chau harbour or any Vietnamese you see there. Our Halong Bay Day Trip will depart at around 12.30 but please try to get there earlier to ensure you are not late.

Yes, we do have an English speaking guide on our bus for our Halong Bay Day Tour. Our guide will pick you up from Hanoi and escort you on your trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay and say goodbye to you when we drop you off in Hanoi. So that will be very convenient as you can ask questions if you are not clear about anything and our guide will manage all the activities.

Our Halong Bay Day Trip and Hoa Lu Tam Coc Day Trip are the English speaking tours so our guides speak English. Some of our guides can speak French or other languages but it is not for sure that your guide on your trip will speak other languages. We will Not drop you off at the airport after our day trip to Halong Bay. Our bus will go back to Hanoi Old Quarter for the drop-off point. If you need to go to the airport early and do not want to go back to Hanoi please make sure that you bring all the luggage with your on that day and we can dop you off at Bac Ninh - Noi Bai T- Junction so you can get a taxi from there to the airport to save your time going back to Hanoi. Our guide can help you to call for a taxi to save your time getting a taxi there.

You can wear the most comfortable clothes for our Halong Bay day tour. You may bring with you a pair of shorts and T-shirts because you may get wet when you do kayaking. a pair of shoes will be good for your trip as you will have about 45 minutes visit the caves so shoes will be good for waking and easy hiking.
