United KingdomMy girlfriend and I were amazed with the whole Alisa Cruise experience. This was a very special occasion for me as I planned to propose to my girlfriend on the cruise. I told the staff during the booking and they went all-out in helping me to do it, with amazing decorations and candles, even down to helping me divert my girlfriend while all of this was being set up! I experienced the best moment of my life that evening and could not thank the staff of the Alisa Cruise any more for it – they were simply incredible. The rest of the cruise was almost as magical. We had a beautiful cabin with great decorations and a wonderful window to see everything going on outside. The whole of the boat seemed to be very modern, with amazing amenities throughout. I absolutely loved the food, the boat, the activities and the wonderful, wonderful crew. Absolutely the highlight of our Southeast Asia trip for obvious reasons, but the Alisa made it all possible. A thousand thanks to everyone involved, I owe you so much of my happiness!

The big spacious room was one of our highlights for our 2 day 1 night trip to Halong Bay! Our boat appeared to be one of the newer ones in the bay. All of the staff were utterly amazing, but we owe our lives especially to the chef! We have a very picky 3-year old to feed, but the chef asked what kind of food he liked and made it for him as best as he could, which was such a great service. The manager Alex was also really wonderful, very organised and friendly. Me and my husband are also quite picky eaters, so we didn’t each much of the food, even though we noticed everyone else was wolfing it down. The staff noticed that we weren’t eating much and came to offer us many different alternatives – again, phenomenal service. I am currently recommending this cruise to people because of the amenities on the boat and the warmth of the staff.

Everything on the Alisa Premier Cruise was what we asked for and much, much more. We had some brilliant connecting cabins where our son and daughter took one room and we had the other. We had two balconies, two bathrooms and the beauty of the bay through both massive windows. The staff were another level, they all deserve medals for their service. They were so kind and made sure that me, my wife and our kids were always in the best hands. The mountain landscape is just incredible. I had an absolute blast while kayaking, where I was a first-timer, but felt in safe hands throughout. I got back on land and I was buzzing, it was such a food experience – try not to miss out if you can, whatever your age! The caves were also magnificent, much more grand and impressive than I had thought. Just be cautious about the steps. I am certainly not the most fit person in the world but I felt it while climbing into the cave. Someone else with a disability, or someone is very unfit, might find these even more of a challenge than I did. There are a lot of activities on the one night tour, it feels like they try to cram in 2 night’s worth in one Day! Nevertheless, you could elect to chill on the boat when you don’t fancy something, which is exactly what we did on the sundeck, and it was absolute paradise.Alisa is so so SO worth the money. Go to Halong bay aboard this luxury cruise, you will not regret it for a second!

United KingdomOur booking with Alisa Cruise was a bit on-the-fly, as we were leaving Vietnam in a few days and only really had time to do on activity. We chose Halong Bay and Alisa Cruise, and we knew we were in good hands when they gave us a VERY thorough run-down of how the trip was going to go!The luxury van pulled up to our homestay in Hanoi and we were immediately impressed by the inside – we had comfortable leather seats and individual TV screens and charging points. It was about 4 hours to Halong Bay with a half an hour break, but I slept very well the whole time so it went by in a flash! We checked in at the lounge and then headed onto the boat. The boat was sparkling clean and the cabins were nothing short of perfection. From the very start, the staff had seriously impressed us with their resolve and their consistently friendly service. The restaurant staff already knew I was a vegetarian, so they showed me the food that I could eat and even made extra food just for me! Everything was absolutely delicious and I was touched that they would go to this much effort. We enjoyed all of the activities, even more so with Robert as our guide. His English is fluent and he was able to explain everything about Halong Bay in a clear and concise manner. He took us kayaking, to a pearl farm, to Titov Island, a cave and showed us where we could swim. On the boat, we had a cooking class and some tai chi in the morning. Both the cave and Titov island were a bit packed, but they are the two most popular attractions in the whole bay, so we kind of expected this already.Halong Bay is incredible and we are so glad that we went with Alisa, I’m not sure about the other companies, but I can’t imagine going with any other cruise company. 10/10 on all fronts, thank you so much!!

Commemorations for: - Ms. Alice, who supported us when we were booking and made everything incredibly simple and easy to understand.- Mr. Jim, the manager of the ship who did a great job and was very friendly. - Every single one of the rest of the staff for their tireless efforts in making us comfortable and happy.Rooms: 9/10 Great size, perfect for two adults, with a very comfortable bed and awesome views out of the window.Service: 10/10 Flawless from the staff. They were amazing throughout the whole trip, from the moment we said hi to when we said bye.Food: 9 /10 All the food was so great. My girlfriend has very specific allergies but the chefs worked around this with no problem. The food she ended up with came at the same time as mine and was equally delicious.Cruise facilities: 10/10 Cannot fault anything here, we had absolutely everything we needed.Cruise Activists: 10/10 Activity all day with kayaking and cave visits, with plenty of time to relax on the boat, which we did a lot. All in all, it was an incredible experience and really set the tone for my first time to Southeast Asia. I was very impressed with everything and I wish Alisa Cruise all the best in the future
